I received a call from a flight attendant recently, (I was working, so it was acceptable) just to let us know that a female passenger was intoxicated. She was fairly harmless and giggly, so continued to Dallas uneventfully. Getting off the airplane, she looked at me in the cockpit and said, "Hi, what's your name?" So I answered, "Brad Wickman." Brad happens to be two managers above me. I assume he will never hear about this one ...

Landed in Madison Wisconsin today. Temperature of -8 Celsius, about 18 degree F for all us Americans. That is a double "brr" for you Daralee. It snowed 12 inches last night so there is white snow everywhere, and muddy snow along the streets. A nice place to visit but I certainly don't want to live here. Why do people live where it is painful to go outside?

I was turning in some mileage expenses at work, and a friend of mine reminded me to include the toll charges i spent on 121 gong from my house to AMR headquarters south of the airport. The online form accepted the miles, (which I had done before) but then requested that I mail in the receipts to claim the 90 cents in toll charges. I couldn't figure out how to delete the toll charge part of the request, so I spent 42 cents claiming the 90 cents so I could get reimbursed about 20 dollars. I did learn something though. I also got to replace a fence post today. I had the privilege of digging out a concrete base, pouring in a new one with a post attached, and securing the fence to it. It only took four hours, while at home the same project takes about three days. It is amazing how time moves so much faster when I am home... This idea might require more thought.

Jeni and Brooks left at 7:10 this morning, Andrew walked out the door at 7:30 and Katelyn went to the bus stop at 7:50. Ahh, a brief bit of piece, enough time for a brief entry here, take Jeni's car to the shop for tires and an inspection. I can put tires off until inspection time. The mechanics just don't understand that if the tire is holdin air it is still good. And race car drivers spend a lot of money on slick racing tires. Anyway, then off to my paint job. I seem to like painting someone else's house better than painting my own, maybe there is a definite ending date and I don't get distracted with putting stuff away, fixing other problems, and cleaning. Humm, I'll paint your house if you paint mine...
Soaker hose??? Oops. You really need to schedule these things well in advance.
PS - Interestingly enough, your page is the same colors as mine. I guess we're in a blue mood these days.
Ok, this is my first attempt at cyber communication outside of email. I guess I need to do it since I need to go explore around facebook to see what the other McMillin's are doing. A little paint around my house would be nice! PS - thanks for doing the honey do's last week. Did the soaker hose g
